Artwork & Design

Do you provide design services

YES! Our team has the ability to create a design from your ideas. Whether its a piece of artwork, trophy, or logo we can bring your vision to life!

What file types do i need to send for my design or project?

The best file type for any design or project is an SVG. There will be no design fee if your artwork is sent over in a SVG and doesnt require edits.

We can accept JPG, PNG, PDF, Etc, but these file types will require edits or may need to be rebuilt. Expect to pay a design fee if this is how you submit your artwork for your project.

Do you provide mockups or proofs before printing

YES! For all custom laser cutting or engraving we will provide a digital mockup of your design or project before sending to production.

Note* Mockups are digital and may not match exactly to the finished product.

Can i reorder without resubmitting artwork

YES! We store all artwork that is approved for your convenience. You can reach out to us directly or add a note in your cart section with the logo you'd like to use.

Orders & Processing Time

When can I expect my order to ship?

Wall art and etched gear that is in our shop will ship in 5-7 business days. We hold inventory on hand at all times to ensure your orders ship out as soon as possible.

All custom orders may vary in processing time. Once artwork or mockup is approved you can expect a 5-7 business day turn around.

Can I pay for a rush order?

YES! For an extra fee you can rush your order to be shipped sooner than our standard 5-7 day processing time. Please reach out to our email at Info@polyknack.com before you place your order.

How much does it cost to ship?

All shop items will ship for FREE within the USA.

Can i pick up my order?

YES! We offer both pickup and delivery. We are located in Vancouver Washington. On your order, you can select pickup and we will send you our address when your order is ready.

Capabilities

How large are our machines?

Our CO2 laser cutters are 35" x 52". For all engraving work, we can use our CO2 machines that can engrave on objects up to 12" tall. We also use fiber lasers to engrave which are perfect to engrave inside of objects like the inside of a bowl.

What material can you cut?

Our laser machines can cut wood up to 1/2" thick, leather, cast acrylic.

We cannot cut metal. (coming soon)

What material can you engrave on?

We can pretty much engrave on any material with the different type of laser machines we have.

Wood, Leather, Glass, Acrylic, Stone, Rock, Metal, Powder Coated Metal, Anodized Metal, Cardboard, Paper

Do you use commercial grade machines?

YES! It is important that you are partnering with a company that is using commercial grade machines to ensure your product is delivered on time and with the highest quality.

There are a lot of laser operators that use hobby grade machines who cannot provide consistent results with a high output.
