File Preparation Guidelines

To ensure the fastest and most accurate results, we prefer vector files in SVG format. These files allow us to work directly with clean, scalable outlines ideal for both engraving and cutting. We also accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG formats. However, JPG and PNG files may require additional design work or conversion, which could incur a small design fee depending on complexity. If you're unsure whether your file is ready, feel free to send it over—we're happy to advise or help prep it for production.
