Retail Items
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received them. This applicable to custom or personalized orders.

Sale Items
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges on sale items.

Custom or Personalized orders
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges on preorder items.

Shipping Cost Liability
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Inspection
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in unused condition. If the item(s) are not in acceptable condition, your return will be denied. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or denial of your return.

Approval
If your return is approved, it will be processed according to the item’s terms and your preferred form of resolution.

Denial
If your return is denied, you may choose to have the item(s) shipped back to you at your expense or have us dispose of them. If you opt to have the item(s) returned, we will send you an invoice for shipping costs, which must be paid before shipping.

REFUNDS
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with the refund amount and the last four digits of the card the refund was issued to.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Retail or Sale Items
If your item is damaged or defective, please email a photo of the issue and your order number to info@polyknack.com. We will follow up to resolve the issue.

Preorder Items
All preorder items are made to order and non-returnable. However, if a preorder item arrives damaged or defective, please email a photo of the issue and your order number to Info@polyknack.com. We will contact you to resolve it.

EXCHANGES
(Not applicable to custom orders)

If you need to exchange an item for the same one in a different size or variation, email us at Info@polyknack.com to confirm availability. Then mail your item to:

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your exchange. Approved exchanges will be processed promptly, and any applicable refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing Time
Retail orders ship within 5 business days (excluding weekends and major US holidays). Processing times for custom items/ orders may vary and will be disclosed in the custom order..

Shipping Notification
A shipping notification with tracking will be sent when your order ships. If you haven’t received this notification within 5 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, email us at Info@polyknack.com with your order number and date.

Tracking & Delivery
Shipping timelines vary by destination. All U.S. orders include tracking. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 days or more, email us with your order number and date.

Delivery Liability
Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for its delivery. If tracking shows your package has shipped but is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly.
